directly with another organization in their geographic area. However, there may be
some individuals, at least in the interim, that may no longer be associated with an
organization performing physical rescue. The Foundation Trustees have completed
rescue assistance policy to accompany that.
The Foundation already has in place options to deal with a rescue emergency
situation. It has just approved an individual rescuer application. This is an agreement
between an individual rescuer and the Foundation. The individual doing Schipperke
rescue could enter into an agreement with the Foundation and subsequently receive
funding for a rescue Schipperke under the Foundation rescue assistance policy.
The SCA Rescue and Health Foundation has also created a policy to assist the SCA
Rescue Referral Service (when it is formed), local Schipperke clubs and approved
individuals with expenses involved in Schipperke rescue.
We encourage all those doing rescue to use contracts. Feel free to download these generic rescue forms. You may alter them to suit your particular situation.
